Grew up in the family automotive business. Working alongside my family and colleagues from a young age which exposed me to all functions of an automotive dealership. My ability to lead, coach, and teach through my experiences has contributed to my success in a dealership sales environment. I believe that the retail automotive business is above all else a team sport.

My auto industry journey began after graduating from university in 2010. Over the years my experience working with multiple luxury brands has shaped my pursuit for customer excellence. I have learned not to just meet but exceed the expectations of our clients. Outside of work, my passion is cooking and spending time with my family.

The Eltes family have a 35-year legacy of owning and operating dealerships in Quebec and Ontario. Jonathan has a proven track record of operating dealerships at the highest standards which have received numerous awards. Beyond dealership life, Jonathan and his wife Ariella are deeply rooted in their community and cherish quality time with their 6 beautiful children.
